Fresh Leaf Dental aims to see you in our office as soon as our schedule permits. Our goal is to book your appointment within 14 days of your initial call.

Yes, we do! If our schedule permits it, we will gladly take walk-in patients.

Please bring your photo ID and insurance card (if you have one). If you are under 18, please bring your parents or legal guardian.

We understand that emergencies can come up unexpectedly and will be happy to reschedule you. However, we will charge a $50 fee (for regular dental visits) or a $100 fee (for specialty dental visits) if you do not notify us 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you have missed your appointment, please give our offices a call or text to reschedule ASAP. We will charge a missed appointment fee of $50 (for regular dental visits) or $100 (for specialty dental visits).
